Umar Idris Shuaibu – Kano
A Nigerian lady,
emerged overall 3rd best student of faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Near East University, Northern Cyprus.
The faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences comprises of 9 departments and graduated more than 900 students.
Ummukulsum Ibrahim Adamu, an indigene of Jigawa state, won the Medal with a GPA of 400 out of 4 points Sciences in the University.

The graduate who is 20 years old received gifts from the faculty along with the medal for her academic excellence.
This is the first time a Nigerian received such an award from the faculty.
Her success is coming when counterparts in the Nigerian University are facing many academic challenges before graduating to earning their Degrees/Higher National Diploma’s.
