75-Year-Old Mother Of Popular Hausa Singer, Rarara, Released

The 75-year-old mother of renowned musician Dauda Kahutu Rarara, Hajiya Hauwa Adamu, was released in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Rarara announced his mother’s release on his verified Instagram handle, expressing gratitude to Almighty Allah and to the general public for their prayers and support during the ordeal.

Details regarding any ransom paid for her release have not been disclosed.

Hajiya Halima Adamu was abducted from her residence in Kahutu village, Danja Local Government Area of Katsina State, three weeks ago.
