The Chairman of Ungoggo Local Government Council in Kano, Engr. Abdullahi Garba Ramat has resigned.
Ramat on Tuesday told Journalist that he has handed over the administration of the Council to the Vice Chairman.

He said he formally announced his resignation at an empowerment program on Monday nothing that on his assumption of office, three years ago, he commenced with empowerment program.
He said his voluntary resignation is for him to pursue other endeavors.
Reports says that the tenure of local government council chairmen in Kano ends this February.
