Kano State Deputy Governor, Comr. Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo has extended his condolences to the family and entire people of Shanono and Bagwai Local Government Areas (LGAs) following the tragic death of their lawmaker at House of Assembly, Alh. Halilu Ibrahim Kundila.
Comrade Gwarzo who doubles as the Commissioner for Local Governments and Chieftaincy Affairs expressed his deep sorrow over the untimely demise of Alh. Kundila.
This was contained in a statement issued to newsmen by Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu.

According to the statement, late Kundila, a respected figure in Shanono and Bagwai LGAs, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday after a brief illness. The news of his demise has left the communities in a state of mourning and sadness.
The Deputy Governor emphasized the tremendous contributions made by the late Lawmaker in the development of his constituents.
In his address to the grieving communities, Comrade Abdussalam said, “His passing is a great loss not only to his family and his constituencies alone but also to the entire state and nation at large. We pray Almighty Allah to grant the deceased Aljannat Firdaus.”
The Deputy Governor urged the people of Shanono and Bagwai to remain united and offer support to one another as they mourn the loss of their beloved Lawmaker
