With remarkable efficiency and sagacity, he developed and implemented transparent, impactful systems to ensure the Speaker’s charitable initiatives and compassionate outreach reached the maximum number of displaced families. In his current appointment leading a segment of the Presidential social safety net mechanism, Hamza has not only performed exceptionally but has gone above and beyond his official mandate.
