An Abuja-based socio-political organization, the Coalition of Ganduje Support Groups (CGSG-Abuja), is set to host a Special Appreciation Dinner in honour of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, CON, and other members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC).
The event, scheduled for Friday, May 2, 2025, is aimed at acknowledging President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s appointment of Dr. Ganduje and several NWC members to the boards of key national institutions.
In a statement issued by the Convener of CGSG-Abuja, Dr. Aliyu Ibrahim, MFR, the dinner will also serve as an opportunity to celebrate the leadership qualities of Dr. Ganduje and to strengthen support for the ongoing reforms under President Tinubu’s administration.

“CGSG-Abuja has concluded arrangements to host our result-oriented National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, members of the NWC, and his political associates and well-wishers at a special dinner to appreciate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership,” Dr. Aliyu stated.
He added that the event will further serve to mobilize support for the APC leadership and to offer prayers for the success of President Tinubu’s economic recovery efforts.
The dinner is proudly supported by The Progressive Institute (TPI), APC Intellectual Resource Center, Architect Kabir Ida, and other notable APC allies and business leaders. It will take place at the Abuja Intercontinental Hotel (formerly Sheraton Hotel), beginning at 7:00 p.m.
