Gov Yusuf’s Special Adviser Dies

Kano State Gov. Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has lost his Special Adviser, intercommunity relations, Alhaji Abdussalam Abiola Abdullateef to the cold hands of death.

Family sources told SolaceBase that Abdussalam died on Saturday after a brief illness and was buried this evening at Hajji Camp burial ground.

There are reports that the special adviser, a native of Osun State, was a graduate of accountancy from Bayero University Kano and recently retired from the service of National Orthopedic Hospital Dala in Kano.

Recall that Abdussalam Abdullateef was also a special adviser from 2011 to 2015 during the tenure of Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
