The Amirul Hajj of Kano State and Emir, of Gaya Dr, Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir, has called on all officials and committee members involved in the Hajj 2026 operations to redouble their efforts toward ensuring a successful exercise.
Dr Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir made the call during a strategic meeting held at House Number One in Makkah, Sunday, where he emphasized the importance of dedication, cooperation, and collective responsibility among all workers and committees.
He urged all the personnel to work tirelessly and remain committed to achieving the objectives of the exercise, stressing that teamwork and unity are essential for the smooth coordination of pilgrims’ activities during the Hajj operations.
Speaking at the meeting, the Deputy Amirul Hajj and Emir of Karaye, Muhammad Muhammad Mahraz Karaye, stated that the primary goal of the leadership is to ensure the complete success of the exercise.
He described the current stage of Mina and Arafat preparations as critical and the backbone of the entire operations, calling on all committees to strengthen collaboration and support one another in discharging their responsibilities effectively.
Alhaji Muhammad Mahraz Karaye also directed all committees to prepare and submit their reports after Arafat for compilation into the main Hajj operational report.
Meanwhile, leaders of various committees assured the Amirul Hajj leadership of their readiness and commitment to do everything possible to ensure the success of the exercise.
The meeting ended with renewed commitment from all stakeholders to work in unity for a hitch-free and successful Hajj 2026 operation for Kano State pilgrims.
