Jamilu Abbas, Special Adviser to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on Cooperative Groups, spearheaded a high-level meeting with zonal officials of cooperative groups and key stakeholders from the Ministry of Commerce, including directors, sectional heads, and representatives from various sectors.
The meeting, convened on behalf of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration, focused on government policies concerning cooperative groups and strategies to enhance their effectiveness in driving socio-economic development across Kano State.
Addressing attendees, Special Adviser Abbas said the importance of cooperative groups as vital agents of economic empowerment and community development.
