LG Poll: Kwankwaso Cast Ballot, Urges Supporters To Fearless, Shun Intimidation

The national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has called for full participation of Kano residents in the ongoing local government election.

The NNPP presidential candidate in the 2023 general election gave the charge on Saturday shortly after casting ballot at his Kwankwaso ward in Madobi local government area of the state.

Kwankwaso who emphasized the importance of grassroot politics, challenged residents to exercise their franchise without fear of intimidation.

“I have cast my vote at my polling unit in Kwankwaso as part of the ongoing local government elections in Kano. I encourage everyone to exercise their franchise without fear or intimidation,” Kwankwaso said.

He however call for a peaceful and fearless voting process resonates with the broader goals of ensuring a free and fair election.
