President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Senator Bashir Garba Mohammed Lado as a Special Adviser to the President on Senate Matters (Office of the President).
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, revealed this in a statement he signed on Saturday.

The President described Mohammed as an experienced politician and businessman from Kano State.
Mohammed is a former Senator representing Kano Central and former Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons.
Ngelale said President Tinubu “expects that the new Special Adviser on Senate Matters will deploy his immense experience for enhanced synergy between the Executive and the Legislature and for improved government performance.”
