There was jubilation in Dawakin Kudu and Warawa on Sunday as residents welcomed Hon. Mustapha Bala Dawaki, newly appointed Chief of Staff to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda.
Supporters, community leaders, and well-wishers described the appointment as a victory for the two local governments, saying it would open fresh opportunities for political visibility and development.

Dawaki arrived in the company of Hon. Sanusi Sa’id Kiru, former Kano State Commissioner of Education and current Director of Training and Programmes at the Progressive Institute (TPI), Abuja, alongside other political associates.
The reception, marked by solidarity messages and community gatherings, underscored Dawaki’s growing political influence and the expectation that he will use his new office to further strengthen the party’s structures.
