Kano State Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, has extended heartfelt Eid-El-Kabir greetings to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and other prominent leaders in the state.
In a statement personally signed, Waiya congratulated the Executive Governor on the occasion, praising his leadership and commitment to the development of Kano State.
“As we mark this year’s Eid El-Kabir, on behalf of the Ministry of Information and Internal Affairs, I wish to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, Alh. Abba Kabir Yusuf,” the statement read.

“This sacred occasion reminds us of the values of sacrifice, obedience, and devotion. Waiya also congratulated Deputy Governor Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, wishing him and his family peace, joy, and continued success.
“In the same spirit, I extend my Sallah greetings to our National Leader, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, PhD; and His Highness, the Emir of Kano, Mallam Muhammadu Sanusi II.”
The commissioner further extended his felicitations to the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Isma’il Falgore, members of the State Assembly, National Assembly members from Kano State, and his esteemed colleagues in the State Executive Council.
“To the good people of Kano State and the entire Muslim Ummah, I wish you all a peaceful and joyous Eid El-Kabir celebration,” he added.
Waiya prayed, “May this festive season strengthen our bonds of unity, deepen our faith, and usher in greater peace and prosperity for our state and the nation at large.”
He urged the public to celebrate in moderation and continue praying for the success of leaders and the peace and progress of Kano State and Nigeria as a whole.
